November 12th

This week our Jesus Time focus will be thanking God for our Church. Our church family is another part of our family. We will learn about things we see and do in church. We will talk a walk to our church and tour the sanctuary looking for crosses.

Here are some other activities planned for this short week:
*Painting an acorn picture
*Painting pumpkins seeds
*Making a cross out of pumpkin seeds
*Making a turkey out of our hands and feet
*Learning about the letter I
*Placing circle stickers on I is for ice cream
                                  *Patterning with fall items

                                  Enjoy our day in pictures:

Today we walked up to church to count crosses and see the parts of the church that we have been talking about in class.

While we were there we decided to sing Jesus Loves Me after we found Jesus in our beautiful stained glass window.

Counting crosses

It was too cold for us to play outside today. Thankfully, we have the wonderfully warm commons to play in when the weather keeps us inside.

We love this activity!!

After lunch we learned a fun silly dance.
